The Clark County Amateur Radio Club (CCARC) was organized in 1953 by a small group of local amateur radio operators in Jeffersonville, Indiana under the directions of the late Jack Himmelheber (W9JBQ). The club was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1956 with the aim of promoting Amateur Radio as a hobby and to provide emergency communications for public safety agencies.

CCARC Repeater and Net

The CCARC Net meets on the air Wednesdays at 9:00 pm on 146.850. There is no PL tone.

All Amateur radio operators welcome to check in.

Meetings and Location

Club meetings are held every 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:30PM (19:30).

The location for the meeting is at the Moose Lodge in Sellersburg.

Winter Field Day (1/25)

CCARC Winter Field Day is on Saturday January 25th at the Moose lodge shelter house in Sellersburg. More info about Winter Field Day in general can be found at

Cave City Hamfest (3/7)

It's that time again! The first hamfest of the year in our area is in Cave City, KY on Saturday March 7th at the Cave City Convention Center
